About Us
Foundation Hill is a small family-run company with two childcare centers. Sonia Nagwani started her first center in St. Francis, MN in 2003. She opened the Andover center in 2008. Her husband, Murli Nagwani, joined full time in 2010, when they opened the Plymouth center. Foundation Hill no longer owns the St. Francis center. Sonia focuses her time on the Andover center while Murli focuses his time on the Plymouth Center. Foundation Hill prides on providing outstanding childcare and have hundreds of well satisfied customers!
Our Centers
We built our centers ground up, custom designed as well functioning childcare centers. Each center has 2 infant rooms, 2 toddler rooms and 4 preschool rooms. Our infant rooms and our toddler rooms are separated by age as young and old while our preschool rooms are mixed age rooms. Each center caters to about 130 children.
Our Andover Team
Sonia Nagwani
Director
Sonia Nagwani is the director of the Andover center. Sonia's career has been in the field of education and childcare. She has education degrees from India and US (University of Houston). She first taught as elementary school teacher in Texas and Michigan. Sonia was the Director of our St. Francis center which we operated from 2003 to 2009 and she is the director of Andover center since 2008.

Our Plymouth Team
Murli Nagwani
Director
Murli Nagwani is the director of the Plymouth center. Murli has engineering and business degrees from universities in India (Indian Institute of Technology) and US (Texas A&M and University of Michigan). Murli worked at several Fortune 500 companies for 15 years. Murli is passionate about helping young children grow in an enriching environment and since 2010 he has been working full time at the Plymouth center.

Maggie Kersey is the assistant director of the Plymouth Center. Maggie has a diploma of Child Development Assistant from Hennepin Technical College. Maggie has been working in childcare centers since 1989, initially as a teacher and later as an assistant director. Maggie started working at the Plymouth center right as the center opened in 2010.

Kari Krohmer is the second assistant director of the Plymouth Center. Kari has her B.A. in Liberal Arts from University of Mary – Bismarck, ND and her International Montessori Teaching Diploma from the North American Montessori Center. Kari has been working in childcare centers since 2011, initially as a Montessori teacher and later as an assistant director. Kari started working at the Plymouth center in 2012.
